Perfection Cleaning & Restoration was founded in 1993 by Owner & President, David Heitman. With multiple locations, we ensure that all of Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin are within our immediate service area.
David founded Perfection Cleaning & Restoration nearly two decades ago. He has since provided expert guidance for continuous growth throughout the years, expanding Perfection Cleaning & Restoration to one of the largest full-service property restoration companies in the Midwest. A Master Certified Restorer, he has restored and remediated over 10,000 residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the United States. His brother, Barry Heitman, was also an integral part of Perfection Cleaning & Restoration and oversaw the East Dundee branch until his passing in 2011. Together, they traveled to New Orleans, Mississippi and Florida after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, where they helped many grateful residents and businesses put their lives back together.
Today, David Heitman is still as active as ever – Both with Perfection Cleaning & Restoration and outside of the company. He enjoys maintaining close relationships with our insurance clients, overseeing all of our current jobs and providing training and guidance to a close-knit team of project managers, claims coordinators, superintendents and sales and marketing staff. When outside of the office, you can find David spending time with family and close friends, fishing and traveling.
Project Name: Marinette School District
Location: Marinette, WI
Square Footage: 30,000
Type of Project: Fire/Smoke Damage
Perfection Cleaning & Restoration recently completed fire damage restoration and smoke damage cleaning at Menekaunee Elementary School. As part of the greater Marinette School District in Marinette, WI, we understood the urgency from district officials to have our trained professionals on-site right away to begin extensive cleaning and restoration. Time was of the essence when working at the 30,000 square foot elementary school to prevent further damage to structural materials and school contents.
Our crews arrived in February and got to work right away. The project manager divided the school’s blueprint into several zones before work began, so crews could focus on specific areas in an organized, efficient manner. This also ensured that the project was kept on track and finished within 10 days. Professional, detailed structure cleaning and repairs preceded necessary duct cleaning throughout the entire school as the smoke damage was extensive in all areas of the building.
Additionally, Perfection cleaned all contents damaged in both the classrooms and the storage areas located throughout the elementary school. Several air scrubbers as well as our commercial duct cleaning equipment assisted our crews throughout all aspects of the job for a streamlined, stress-free experience from start to finish. Marinette School District officials were so thrilled with our prompt response time and professional service that they had the following to say after the job was completed:
“We are extremely happy with the quality of work and timeframe of this project. You are truly a very professional company to do business with.”
